Mehran Sugar Mills Limited’s despatch of bonus shares and dividend warrants

Karachi, March 01, 2013 (PPI-OT): We are pleased to inform you that 10% Bonus Shares and 7.5% Cash Dividend (Final) as approved in Annual General meeting of the Company held on January 28, 2013 for the year ended September 30, 2012 have been dispatched to shareholders at their registered addresses through courier on February 27, 2013.

Also bonus share for CDC account holder have been credited in their respective accounts by Central Depository Company of Pakistan Ltd. as per Entitlement.
