Japan Power Generation Limited’s adjournment of Board of Directors Meeting

Karachi: This is with reference to our notice no. Ref. N/BODM/83/JPGL/05/1011 dated June 09, 2011 and a letter dated June 13, 2011 regarding the Board of Directors meeting that was scheduled on June 20, 2011 at 1:30 PM. I am regretting to inform you that the meeting is adjourned due to travelling constraint of some directors.

However, now the meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 22, 2011 at 12:30 PM at registered office/plant located at Jia Bagga off Raiwind Road Lahore.
