JS Bank Limited Announces Closure of Transfer Books and AGM Schedule

Karachi, JS Bank Limited (JSBL) has scheduled the closure of its transfer books from May 17, 2024, to May 30, 2024, to facilitate the Annual General Meeting (AGM) proceedings. The AGM is slated for a later date which will be announced accordingly. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), this period will allow the bank to prepare for the upcoming meeting, ensuring all logistical and regulatory compliance are met.
