JS Bank Limited Announces Closure of Transfer Books for 11th Profit Payment of Term Finance Certificates

Karachi, JS Bank Limited has announced the closure of transfer books for the 11th profit payment of its Term Finance Certificates (TFC), JSBLTFC2, scheduled for June 30, 2024. The books will remain closed from June 17, 2024, to June 30, 2024, to determine the entitlements of the TFC holders. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the TFC issue initially dated December 31, 2018, involves a total of PKR 2,500 million.

TFC holders are advised to contact the bank’s registrar, M/s. CDC Share Registrar Services Limited, at CDC House, 99-B, Block ‘B’, S.M.C.H.S., Main Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi. They must notify any changes in their address and income tax exemption status immediately. The notification was also published in the “The News” and “Daily Jang” newspapers across Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad editions on June 03, 2024.

JS Bank Limited emphasizes the importance of this update for all TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange.
