JS Momentum Factor ETF Announces Portfolio Rebalancing Following JS Momentum Factor Index Update

Karachi, JS Momentum Factor Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) has announced that it will undergo a portfolio rebalancing process following the recent update to the JS Momentum Factor Index. This update is in accordance with Section 96 of the Securities Act, 2015, and Clause 5.6.1(a) of PSX Regulations, as outlined in the Offering Document of JS Momentum Factor ETF (QSMFETF).

Effective from September 7, 2023, the JS Momentum Factor Index has been rebalanced. Consequently, JS Momentum Factor ETF (JSMFETF) will initiate the process of rebalancing its portfolio, commencing on the same day, September 7, 2023.

During this transition period, the Intraday Net Asset Value (iNAV) of JSMFETF will continue to be disseminated based on the previous portfolio basket. However, it is essential to note that this iNAV may not accurately represent the underlying basket due to the ongoing rebalancing process.

JSMFETF has assured its stakeholders and investors that it will promptly inform the exchange once the portfolio rebalancing is completed. This timely communication will provide investors with an accurate understanding of the fund’s holdings and align with the changes made to the JS Momentum Factor Index.
