Justice Syed Arshad Ali Appointed as Advisor to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Judicial Academy

Peshawar: Mr. Justice Syed Arshad Ali, a judge at the Peshawar High Court, has been appointed as Advisor to the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Judicial Academy, effective from the latest notification issued by the Academy’s Board of Governors.

According to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Judicial Academy – Peshawar, the appointment was made under the authority of Clause (n) of Sub-section (1) of Section 6 of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Judicial Academy Act, 2012. This decision follows a previous notification dated June 11, 2024, and underscores the Academy’s commitment to leveraging experienced judicial leadership to enhance its educational and training initiatives.
