K-Electric Ltd Faces Challenges as Shares Decline

Karachi, K-Electric Ltd, traded as KEL, noted a modest closing rate of Rs. 4.57, slightly up from its daily average of Rs. 4.59. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company, with a significant capitalization of Rs. 96,653.18 million, did not declare any dividends recently. K-Electric’s shares fluctuated between Rs. 6.31 and Rs. 3.82 from January to April 2024, with an enormous trading volume of 3,872,038,998 shares. Established in 1949, the company reported a negative EPS of Rs. (1.12).
