Karachi: The Karachi Electric Supply Company has formally constituted a five-member Human Resource Committee comprising senior members of Management. This fully empowered Committee would sit down with the CBA at 4pm on Monday 23 May at State Life Building to discuss and address various outstanding legitimate and lawful concerns of the workers and management alike.
The statement, however, stressed that the first and foremost priority of everyone should be to ensure that electricity supply to our customers is normalized and all outstanding complaints and faults are attended to in the shortest possible time. It is expected that the situation will be back to normal before the start of these discussions which should be held without any preconditions and keeping in mind the best interests of KESC and its customers.
