Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Extends Easter Greetings to Christian Community

Peshawar, In a heartfelt message, Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa extended his congratulations to the Christian community across Pakistan, especially those residing in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, on the joyous occasion of Easter. His message emphasized the spirit of joy and unity, underscoring the provincial government’s commitment to celebrating the diversity and religious freedom of all communities.

According to Directorate General Information and PRs – Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gandapur reiterated the equal rights and freedoms afforded to minorities in Pakistan, highlighting the teachings of Islam and the provisions of the Pakistani constitution that ensure religious freedom and the right to celebrate rituals and festivals. He stressed the provincial government’s dedication to the welfare, lives, property, and protection of constitutional rights of the minority communities as a top priority.
