Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Service Commission smoothly conducted screening test on September 10, 2011 for 439 posts of

Peshawar: The Public Service Commission Khyber Pakhtunkhwa smoothly conducted screening test on September 10, 2011 in 22 examination centres at Peshawar for 439 posts of Medical Officer BPS-17 in Health Department and 21 posts of Medical Officers BPS-17 in Khalifa Gul Nawaz Teaching Hospital Bannu.

Total 3025 candidates were called wherein 2500 physically appeared in the test. The presence of candidates was 82.64%. Adequate security arrangements were made at all the examination centres and the screening test was held in a smooth and peaceful way.

The Public Service Commission appreciated the positive spirit of the doctors who participated in the screening test in such a large number thus furthering the cause of merit measured on a standard yardstick and zonal parity and negated to be partners in the process of further deteriorating the public service in the province. The Commission also appreciated the cooperation and responsible attitude of the doctors being showed in all the examination centres.
