In pursuance of Section 218 of the Companies Ordinance, 1984, the members of Kohinoor Textile Mills Limited (the “Company’) are hereby notified that the Board of Directors of the Company has re-appointed Mr. Taufique Sayed Saigol as Chief Executive of the Company for a period of three years effective from May 01, 2011 at revised monthly remuneration of Rs. 460,000/- from previous remuneration of Rs, 400,000/-. The other terms and conditions of his appointment shall remain unchanged.
