Linde Pakistan Limited’s change in date of annual general meeting

Karachi, March 08, 2013 (PPI-OT): Please refer to your letter No. KSE/C.70-8720 dated 18 December 2012.

We would like to inform you that date of Annual General Meeting of Linde Pakistan Limited (LINDE) which was earlier scheduled for Thursday, 25 April 2013 at 9:30 a.m. at the Company’s Registered Office, West wharf Dockyard Road, Karachi has been changed.

The Annual General Meeting of the Company will now be held on Monday, 29 April 2013 at 9:00 a.m. The venue of the meeting remains the same.

Consequent to the change in the date of the said general meeting, the Share Transfer Books of the Company shall now commence from 16 April to 29 April 2013.

You are therefore requested to kindly accord your approval to the date and time for holding the Annual General Meeting of the Company at your earliest convenience.
