Karachi: This is to inform you that a Meeting of Board of Directors of MACPAC Films Limited (MACFL), is schedule to be held at the Registered Office of the Company, F/2, A-F, S.I.T.E, Karachi, on Monday, April 30, 2012 at 4:30 p.m., to consider and approve the Financial Statements of the Company for the 3ra Quarter and Nine months Ended March 31, 2012.
The Company has declared the “Closed Period” from April 25, 2012 to April 30, 2012 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause (xxxvi) of the Code of Corporate Governance contained in the Listing Regulation No. 37 of the Exchange. Accordingly, Chief Executive, Directors, CFO, Company Secretary or Executives shall not directly or indirectly deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
