Lahore, December 11, 2015 (PPI-OT): An official agreement was signed between the Punjab Board of Trade and Investment and Tabassum International Trade Co. Ltd here in Lahore on December 10th, 2015. According to this agreement Tabassum International Trade Co. Ltd, a major manufacturer of home appliances in China will set up manufacturing plants and branch offices in Punjab province. The agreement was signed by Mr. Yusuf Tohti, company’s chairman.
Once fulfilled, this partnership will guarantee hundreds of jobs. Tabassum will manufacture a complete range of home appliances from refrigerators to Smart LET Televisions here in Punjab. Tabassum will use its brand name to distribute its products in Pakistan. The company also plans to set up manufacturing plants for affordable motorcycles. This venture will revolutionize Punjab’s commercial sector by expanding the low-end consumer industry.
