Male Nurses Protest at Jammu Hospital Over Treatment by Doctors

Jammu, Male staff nurses at the Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) in Jammu staged a protest over alleged mistreatment by doctors at the facility. The nurses called for an impartial investigation into their grievances.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the protest disrupted operations in the Emergency Unit for about half an hour as the nurses expressed their concerns. In response, the hospital administration has initiated an inquiry into the claims made by the nursing staff and has assured that appropriate measures will be taken if any misconduct is substantiated.
