Karachi, May 17, 2013 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that Board of Directors of the Company will meet on Thursday May 23, 2013 at 11.00 am to consider the financial statements for the Half year ended March 31, 2013 at the registered office of the Company.

As required by the Code of Corporate Governance and Listing Regulations of Stock Exchange, the period from May 17, 2013 to May 23, 2013 has been considered as closed period by the Company during which Directors, Chief Executive or Executives of the Company shall not acquire or deal in the shares of the Company in any manner.

You are requested to convey this notice to the members of the Exchange accordingly.
