Karachi, Millat Tractors Limited has successfully disposed of fractional bonus shares allocated to the shareholders for the year ended June 30, 2023. The transaction took place on July 18, 2023, through Stock TREC Holder of Stock Exchange M/s. Abbasi & Company (Pvt.) Limited, resulting in a net amount of Rs. 705,682.75.

Following the resolution of the Board of Directors, the company has decided to contribute the entire net amount to charitable institution(s). This gesture reflects the company’s commitment to supporting social causes and making a positive impact on the community.
