Mirpurkhas Sugar Mills Limited’s dispatch of bonus shares for the year ended September 30, 2012

Karachi, March 26, 2013 (PPI-OT): We are please to inform you that bonus shares @ 15% (15 bonus shares for every 100 shares held) for the year ended September 30, 2012 along with postage stamps in respect of fractional entitlement (if any) have been dispatched to the shareholders by registered post on February 20, 2013.

Additionally, bonus shares have been credited into the respective accounts of the shareholders, maintained with Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited and intimation letters in this regards have been sent to each individual account holder.
