Modaraba Al-Mali’s meeting of board of directors

Karachi: This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of’ Directors of Bankislami Modaraba Investments Limited – Management Company of Modaraba Al-Mali (MODAM) will be held at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday 29th September 2011 at Floor, Executive Towers, Dolmen City, Block-5, Clifton, Karachi to consider and approve audited financial statements of Modaraba Al-Mali along with Auditors and Directors Review Report for the year ended June 30, 2011.

Further, as required under Regulation 37 (xxvi) of the Listing Regulations of KSF, the period from 22nd September 2011 to 29th September 2011 (both clays inclusive) shall be the closed period for trading of Modaraba Al-Mali certificates by any Director, Chief Executive Officer or executives of the Modaraba.
