2. To receive, consider and adopt the audited accounts of the Company alongwith Auditors’ Report thereon for the year ended 30th June 2012.
3. To prepare Director’s Report.
4. To prepare appropriations.
5. To fix the date of 21st Annual General Meeting.
6. To fix the period of books closure.
7. To consider any other business with the permission of the Chair.
