Shadab Textile Mills Limited’s board meeting

Karachi, September 27, 2012 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 4, 2012 at Registered Office A-601/A, City Towers, 6-K Main Boulevard, Gulberg-II, Lahore to consider the Annual Accounts for the year ended June 30, 2012.

The company has declared the “Closed Period” from 27-09-2012 to 4-10-2012 as required under clause (xxvi) of the Code of Corporate Governance contained in the listing regulation No. 35 of the Exchange. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly/indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.

The financial results and other decision of the Board, if any, will be communicated to you on Friday, October 5, 2012 during trading hours as notified by the exchange.
