Naseerabad Commissioner Urges Swift Collection of Government Dues

Naseerabad, Commissioner Naseerabad Division Tariq Qamar Baloch urged all district deputy commissioners to ensure the collection of government dues, emphasizing the need to address revenue shortfalls. He instructed Revenue Department officials to expedite the collection process in districts with declining revenue and to take strict action against employees not performing their duties effectively.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, Baloch stressed that the collection of government dues is crucial, and any negligence from employees or officials should be met with official action. He made these remarks during a meeting attended by Deputy Commissioners and other officers, including Domki and other representatives, where the collection of government dues in various districts was discussed.

Baloch also instructed Deputy Commissioners to monitor the government collection process daily, ensuring that all necessary measures are taken to complete the quadrennial collection. He called for strict action against landlords not meeting their government dues obligations and encouraged efforts to resolve revenue cases swiftly. Additionally, Baloch advocated for expediting the registration process in all towns and areas to ensure efficient revenue collection.

Baloch explained that the government’s collected revenues are used for development projects, highlighting the importance of efficient and timely collection. He urged landlords to fulfill their obligations to support regional development and maintain the overall financial stability of the government.

The meeting also covered other strategies for improving the collection of government dues and ensuring that all stakeholders are held accountable for their responsibilities.
