Karachi, June 06, 2012 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that in the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 06, 2012 at 308-Upper Mall, Lahore, Mr. Ian J. Donald resigned as Director and Chief Executive of the Company and in his place Mr. Magdi Batato is appointed as new Director and Chief Executive of the Company.
