Karachi, June 06, 2012 (PPI-OT): This is to inform that a meeting of Board of directors will be held at 11.30 a.m. today 6th June, 2012 at E-3, Farzana Building, 1st Floor, Block 7 and 8, Shaheed-e-Millat Road, Karachi to transact following business.

1. To fix the date of Extra Ordinary meeting under Section 159 (7) of Companies Ordinance for which permission from SECP already obtained for providing corporate guarantee to Olympia Power (Pvt) Limited.

In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso of Section 159 (7) of the Companies Ordinance, 1984 and keeping in view the circumstances stated in your above referred application. I am directed to convey that the company is authorized to hold its Extra Ordinary General Meeting at a shorter notice of 5 (five) days.
