Next Capital Limited Concludes Acceptance Period for Share Applications

In line with the provisions of Section 112(2) of the Securities Act, 2015 (“Act”), and the specified procedure detailed in the Public Offer, Next Capital Limited has executed the following actions:

For shareholders who tendered 500 or fewer shares, all shares have been accepted.

For applications exceeding 500 shares, an initial acceptance of 500 shares has been processed.

A pro-rata ratio of 57.06% has been applied to the remaining shares in order to ensure fairness and equity.

Shares, following the prorating process, have been rounded to the nearest whole number to avoid fractional shares and rounding differences.
