‘NPA-Beijing Police College Cooperation to be Strengthened’

Beijing: Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has announced plans to enhance cooperation between the National Police Academy (NPA) and Beijing Police College. During his visit to the Beijing Police College, he emphasized the importance of strengthening ties between the two institutions.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Interior Minister revealed that Pakistani police officers would receive education and professional training aligned with modern requirements. This initiative aims to elevate the skills and knowledge of officers through an agreement designed to enhance collaboration between the NPA and Beijing Police College. As part of this effort, all Assistant Superintendents of Police (ASPs) at the National Police Academy will undergo a month-long training program at the Beijing Police College.

Minister Naqvi also commended the Beijing Police for their professional expertise and the high standard of training they maintain, which serves as a model for improving policing standards in Pakistan.
