Islamabad: Pakistan Aluminium Beverage Cans Limited has announced a change in the voting power of its CEO and Director, Mr. Zain Ashraf Mukaty, due to proportional shareholding in corporate entities acquiring shares.

The change, effective from today, sees an increase in both direct and indirect voting capacities for Mr. Mukaty. According to the details provided by the company, Mr. Mukaty’s direct shareholding stands at 75,813,113 shares, representing 20.9946 percent of the total voting power. His indirect voting power through corporate shareholding has increased by 823,485 shares, now totaling 0.2280 percent.

This adjustment brings Mr. Mukaty’s combined total voting power to 76,636,598 shares, or 21.2226 percent of the total voting shares of Pakistan Aluminium Beverage Cans Limited. This shift in voting power highlights the dynamic nature of shareholding structures within major corporations.
