Pakistan Ambassador Leads Independence Day Celebrations in Muscat with Tribute to Heroes

Muscat: Ambassador of Pakistan to the Sultanate of Oman, His Excellency Mr. Imran Ali, presided over the 77th Independence Day flag hoisting ceremony at Pakistan School Muscat, which was attended by community members, naval personnel, and educational staff.

According to Press Information Department, the ceremony included participation from Embassy officials, members of the Pakistan Navy Ship YARMOOK, and representatives of the Pakistani community in Oman. Ambassador Ali delivered a speech emphasizing the significance of Pakistan’s independence and the enduring legacy of the Pakistan Movement. During the event, he also honored several Pakistanis with appreciation certificates for their heroic acts during a recent shooting incident in Muscat, recognizing their bravery in safeguarding lives.
