Pakistan Army contingent left for United Nations Mission at Darfur Sudan

Rawalpindi: A Pakistan Army contingent left for United Nations Mission at Darfur Sudan. The contingent is comprised of 22 Officers, 9 Junior Commissioned Officers and 214 Soldiers. Presently a contingent comprising 500 troops of Pakistan Army including Engineers and Doctors are rending valuable services in Darfur. Pakistani troops are employed at United Nations Peacekeeping Mission in Darfur since 2008.
