Pakistan Hotels Developers Limited Schedules Board Meeting to Discuss Dividend

Karachi, Pakistan Hotels Developers Limited announced that its Board of Directors will meet on May 14, 2024, in Karachi to consider a third interim cash dividend for the year ending June 30, 2024. The meeting aims to finalize decisions regarding the dividend distribution to shareholders.

In compliance with Pakistan Stock Exchange Regulations, the company has initiated a “Closed Period” from May 8, 2024, to May 14, 2024. During this period, directors, the CEO, and executives are prohibited from buying or selling company shares.
