Pakistan Petroleum Limited’s Appointment of Mr. Asim Murtaza Khan as Chief Executive/ Managing Director of PPL

Karachi: This is to advise that PPL Board of Directors in a meeting held today 21 May, 2011, approved the changes in the management structure as follows:

1. Mr. Asim Murtaza Khan is appointed as Chief Executive/ Managing Director effective from 12 May, 2011 till further advice from the Government for the appointment of regular incumbent as Managing Director.

2. Mr. Khalid Rahman has ceased to hold the office of the Managing Director as of 12 May, 2011 but will continue in the service of the Company as Deputy Managing Director.
