Pakistan Reinsurance Company Announces Electronic Disbursement of Final Cash Dividend

Karachi, Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited has successfully credited the final cash dividend for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023. The dividend, amounting to Rs. 1 per share or 10%, was electronically transferred to the bank accounts of shareholders on May 8, 2024. This transfer was made to accounts where valid CNIC and IBAN details were provided. The TRE Certificate Holders of the Pakistan Stock Exchange have been informed of this development.
