Islamabad, May 02, 2023 (PPI-OT):Minister for Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony, Senator Talha Mahmood says Pakistan will continue moral and diplomatic support to the Palestinian people. He was talking to Member Palestinian National Assembly Mamoun Asad Tamimi, who called on him in Islamabad on Tuesday. The Minister informed the Palestinian leader that Pakistani state’s position on the Palestine issue is unwavering and categorical.
He said there is no example in the civilized world about violation of the sanctity of Al-Aqsa Mosque and violence against worshipers during Ramadan. Talha Mahmood urged the United Nations to raise its voice against the ongoing atrocities on the Palestinian people.
Speaking on this occasion, Member of the Palestinian National Assembly said Palestinian mothers and sisters are looking towards the Muslim Ummah for help. He also appreciated Pakistan for highlighting the Palestine issues across the globe. He also thanked Pakistani government and the people of Pakistan for their continued diplomatic and moral support for the Palestine cause.
