New Delhi: Two Pakistani nationals were subjected to abusive behavior and physical mistreatment by an Uber driver in New Delhi, in an incident that highlights rising tensions and hostility in the region.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the confrontation occurred when the Pakistani man and his female friend were accused by the driver of calling Indians “matlabparast” (opportunists), leading to abusive language and physical aggression from the driver before they were expelled from the vehicle. The incident, captured in a video, has sparked concerns about the disrespectful treatment of Pakistanis in India.
