Karachi, May 16, 2013 (PPI-OT): We have pleasure to inform you that the Board of Directors’ Meeting of our Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, May 23, 2013 at 12.00 noon at the Registered Office of the Company at 10th Floor, Building No.1, Lakson Square, Sarwar Shaheed Road, Karachi to discuss and approve the Half Yearly Accounts of the Company for the period ended March 31, 2013.

In terms of the requirement of Clause (xxiii) of the Code of Corporate Governance, the Company has decided to observe “Closed Period” from May 16, 2013 to May 23, 2013.
