President Zardari Reaffirms Pakistan’s Support for Kashmir Self-Determination

Islamabad, President Asif Ali Zardari has once again voiced Pakistan’s unwavering support for the people of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK), emphasizing the country’s commitment to backing their right to self-determination.

According to Kashmir Media Service, President Zardari expressed these views during a meeting with Azad Jammu and Kashmir Prime Minister Anwar-ul-Haq in Islamabad. The Pakistani leader condemned the ongoing human rights violations and atrocities perpetrated by Indian forces in IIOJK, urging the international community to exert pressure on India to cease these violations and adhere to United Nations Security Council resolutions.

In addition to discussing geopolitical issues, President Zardari pledged to enhance support for economic development in Azad Kashmir, particularly in boosting the region’s tourism sector through various investment initiatives.
