PDMA issues alert about more widespread rains, thunderstorms in KP

The Provincial Disaster Management Authority Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has issued an alert about more widespread rains and thunderstorms in different parts of the province from tomorrow till Tuesday.

All the Deputy Commissioners in the province have been advised to take precautionary measures to avoid any human and material losses.

The rains can cause urban floods in Peshawar and land sliding in upper parts and hilly areas.

People can contact PDMA on its helpline 1700 in case of any emergency.
