Karachi, May 21, 2012 (PPI-OT): With reference to the approval of merger scheme of Ghani Southern Gases (Pvt) Limited with and into Ghani Gases Limited (GGL), it is hereby informed you that meeting of Board of Directors of Ghani Gases Limited is scheduled to be held on Monday May 28, 2012 at 3:00 PM at registered office of the company to decide the schedule for issuance of shares of the company to the shareholders of Ghani Southern Gases (Pvt) Limited and publication of notice in newspapers and to discuss merger related matters.
