Karachi, May 22, 2012 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Director’s of Habib Sugar Mills Limited (HABSM) will be held at 12.00 noon. on Tuesday, May 29, 2012 at 4th Floor, Imperial Court, Dr. Ziauddin Ahmed Road, Karachi to consider and approve the unaudited condensed interim financial statements of the Company for the half year ended March 31, 2012.

Closed Period

In terms of the clause (xxiii) of the Code of Corporate Governance, we have to advise you that the closed period prior to the announcement of the financial results of the company has been determined from May 22, 2012 to May 29, 2012 both days inclusive.
