Karachi, May 24, 2012 (PPI-OT): We are pleased to inform you that 150th Meeting of the Board of Directors of Shakarganj Mills Limited (SGML) is scheduled to be held on Thursday, the 31 May 2012, at 11:30 A.M. at the Mills Premises of the Crescent Textile Mills Limited, Sargodha Road, Faisalabad to consider and approve the un-audited (reviewed) financial statements of the company for the 2nd quarter and six months ended 31 March 2012.
Further, we also wish to inform you that close period as defined in clause xxvi of The Karachi Stock Exchange’s Listing Regulations No. 35 (Code of Corporate Governance) will start from 24 May 2012 to 31 May 2012, during which no Director, CEO or Executive of the company shall directly or indirectly deal in any manner in the shares of the company.
