Karachi, May 29, 2012 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that Mr. Sarim Sheikh, Chairman and Managing Director of Shell Pakistan Limited (SHEL) has elected to pursue interests outside of the Shell Group. He will continue in his current position till early August 2012.

His successor will be the subject of a separate announcement in due course.
