Karachi, May 14, 2012 (PPI-OT): We would like to inform you that the sponsor shareholders of Sigma Leasing Corporation Limited (SIGL) have reached an understanding with KASB Finance Limited, in terms of which, KASB Finance Limited has agreed to acquire around 99.99 % of the issued shares of the Company, subject to execution of a Shares. Purchase Agreement; necessary regulatory approvals; and completion of formalities for surrender of leasing license of the Company as per the Special Resolution passed in the EOGM of the Company held on May 8, 2012.
