Prime Minister Gilani called on President

Islamabad: The Prime Minister briefed the President about the steps afoot to avert the energy crises and power outages in the country.

Overall political and law and order situation in the country and measures taken for the relief and rehabilitation of flood affected affectees in Sindh and control of dengue in the country were also discussed during the meeting.

The President during the meeting urged for urgent measures to end the continued load shedding in the country. He expressed the hope that the recent initiatives taken by the government will provide relief to the people and help reduce power outages across the country.
