JazzCash Launches Payment-via-Link to Boost Efficiency for Small Businesses

Islamabad, JazzCash, Pakistan’s prominent fintech entity, has introduced a new feature, Payment-via-Link, aimed at enhancing transaction processes for its nearly 300,000 merchant users. This feature is intended to provide a more streamlined and efficient payment experience.

According to Jazz Pakistan, the new Payment-via-Link system allows merchants to generate personalized payment requests that can be shared with clients via email, SMS, or other communication channels. Once a client clicks on the link, they are directed to a secure payment page hosted by Mastercard, where they can complete their transaction using debit or credit cards. This method is expected to significantly speed up transactions and improve cash flow management for businesses, particularly benefiting small and home-based businesses by offering enhanced convenience and security.
