Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif Performs Umrah and Prays Inside Kaaba

Mecca, During his visit to Saudi Arabia, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif performed Umrah and offered Nawafil prayers inside the Kaaba, as the doors of Baitullah were specially opened for him and his delegation.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, this spiritual journey by the Prime Minister included prayers for the development and prosperity of his country, as well as for the unity among the Muslim Ummah. Sharif’s prayers extended to Muslims globally, with a focus on those in Palestine and the Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, highlighting his concern for oppressed communities.

The gesture of allowing the Prime Minister and his delegation exclusive access to the Kaaba underscores the deep relations between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, marking a significant moment during his visit to the kingdom.
