Promotion Board Meeting Scheduled for Punjab Police Inspectors

Lahore, The Punjab Police has announced that a promotion board meeting will be held on May 14 to consider the advancement of inspectors to the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP). This meeting is part of a broader initiative to enhance the professional growth and motivation among the police force.

According to Punjab Police, the meeting will be presided over by Additional IG Punjab Sultan Ahmed Chaudhry, with DIG Headquarters and DIG Establishment One also in attendance. Approximately 200 inspectors are under consideration for promotion to 25 available DSP positions.

Inspector General Police Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar emphasized that promotion is a fundamental right of every employee and is crucial for maintaining the morale and service commitment of the police force. The upcoming promotions are part of ongoing efforts to recognize and reward the dedication and hard work of Punjab Police personnel.
