Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has directed authorities concerned to ensure free of cost medicines for patients in government hospitals.
According to Radio Pakistan, the Chief Minister, while chairing a meeting in Lahore, emphasized that eighty billion rupees are being allocated for the provision of free medicines. She also established a committee tasked with devising a plan to ensure the availability of modern medicines of international standard.
