Punjab University professors’ meeting condemns firing at Dr. Shaukat Ali’s residence

Lahore: Punjab University Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Mujahid Kamran chaired a meeting of senior faculty members in the Al-Raazi Hall of Centre for Undergraduate Studies here on Thursday. Deans of faculties, heads of departments and senior teachers attended the meeting.

The participants passed a resolution unanimously condemning the firing incident at the house of Member Syndicate and Disciplinary Committee, and Chairman Physics Department Prof Dr Shaukat Ali and expressed solidarity with him. A number of teachers addressed during the meeting.
