Quetta Hospital CEO Intensifies Oversight to Boost Service Quality

Quetta: Dr. Saeed Ahmed Mirwani, CEO of Shaheed Nawab Ghos Bakhsh Raisani Memorial Hospital in Mastung, has ramped up personal oversight and unannounced visits to ensure improved performance across all hospital departments. His rigorous daily routine includes multiple shifts and direct engagement with both staff and patients to elevate the level of care provided.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, Dr. Mirwani’s recent visits covered various critical areas of the hospital, including the surgical and medicine wards, gynecology, labor room, CCU, ICU, emergency wards, OT, and the laboratory. During these visits, he inspected services, interacted with patients who reported high satisfaction with the care received, comparing it favorably to that of major hospitals nationwide.

The CEO also monitored staff attendance and performance, noting full compliance and dedication in the morning shifts. His efforts have been recognized internally, with staff expressing motivation to maintain high standards. Dr. Mirwani emphasized teamwork and continuous improvement in a later meeting with senior doctors and consultants, directing further enhancements in hospital operations and patient care.
