Radio Pakistan to broadcast special programmes on Pakistan People’s Party’s foundation day

Islamabad, November 28, 2012 (PPI-OT): Radio Pakistan is broadcasting special programmes on 46th Foundation Day of Pakistan Peoples Party tomorrow (Friday).

In morning transmission‚ messages of the President‚ Prime Minister‚ Chairman Senate‚ Speaker National Assembly and General Secretary of the PPP will be broadcast. Excerpts from the speeches of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Shaheed and Benazir Bhutto Shaheed‚ special promos and slogans‚ impressions of PPP workers and people from different walks of life and patriotic songs will also be broadcast.

Radio Pakistan will air interviews of PPP leaders‚ including Jahangir Badr‚ Qamar Zaman Kaira‚ Chaudhry Manzoor Ahmed‚ Mehreen Anwar Raja and Malik Azmat Khan on 09:05 a.m. A special feature titled “PPP’s Years and Months” will be broadcast at 9.30 am on FM-93 network of PBC.

Radio Pakistan Lahore‚ Karachi‚ Quetta‚ Peshawar and Islamabad will broadcast special talk shows‚ debates and comments of PPP leaders‚ intellectuals and renowned journalists.

Radio Pakistan Islamabad will air a special feature titled “Pakistan People Party” from its foundation to date on national hook-up on medium wave and FM-93 networks at 4.05 p.m.

A special poetic tribute by eminent poets titled “Nazr-e-Quaid-e-Awam” is being broadcast on national hook-up at 10.10 p. m.

Radio reports of ceremonies held in connection with PPP’s Foundation Day‚ throughout the country will be aired at 11.05 p.m.

Besides‚ all PBC stations and FM Channels will broadcast excerpts of speeches by Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Shaheed along with impressions of masses in all regional language programmes.
